issac bruce..

I have started smith all year and thought the best option was to stick w/ what has worked...

Bruce has 97 yards and a td so far..

Smith has nothing

Tough to bench Steve Smith, I would have started him over Bruce too. That's the way it goes sometimes.

Why do people always complain before the game is over. There is no excuse, short of developing a time machine so you can predict bad games with 100% accuracy for ever benching Steve Smith.

In hindsight, yes you should have played Bruce. But I would take my chances with Smith 100% of the time.

I wish Smith would have been injured instead of Delhomme. Same result, but at least I'd have been able to bench him.

I would think that Carolina would try to get the ball in his hands as much as possible with their QB out.

I'm sure they'd love to. The problem is, Weinke's the one who has to put it in his hands. :,-(
