Lost a Tie-Breaker in the playoffs!!

Postby RaiderFan31 » Mon Dec 25, 2006 10:31 pm

This was my first real shot at the Superbowl and I tied my playoff game and lost the tiebreaker!
I started ELI the crud and benched Steve Mcnair. (hand)
Played Terry Glenn and benched Mark Clayton.
I have LT (no td) and Bush, Colston, Robbie Gould, Jax Def.
Going into tonights Dal/Phil Game I was down 2 pts.
I just needed Glenn to get 20 YARDS - he got 17 YARDS!!!!!!
:~( :~( :~( :~(
I was a 3 seed and lost to the #1 seed who I outscored by 111 pts throughout the year!
What really sucks is my league website had posted I won by 1 pt so I began to party. My brother (commish) calls and says they have Bush down for a punt return td (3pts). The play was challenged and the point taken off the board.
And now I lose like this!

That does suck. And have to deal with the Raiders too...ouch! There is always next year. I was in two league's championships this weekend and lost them both due the Steelers D and LT not scoring. Granted, those two helped me get there over the past three weeks. Have to love fantasy!

No need to live with this kind of pain and disappointment.
