No inside info, but I have my uneducated guess.

He'll have a whole year to recover from injury. He'll has something to prove that Houston didn't goof passing on Bush. The team as a whole seems to be making improvements all year. I expect he'll have great value, he'll put up late round numbers while going in later rounds because people will be scared of his injury. I'll say 1200-1400 yards with 10-15 tds if he stays healthy

Im not buying into the whole DD hype. I think he'll come back in an RBBC with Dayne leaving both of them to post mediocre RB2/3 numbers.

Good when healthy, you can say the same thing about Ahman Green and Fred Taylor. Most likely avoid him unless you can grab him late ;-D

I'd say he's worth taking a flyer on. Don't value him too high though. I mean Houston has tons of backs and Kubiak seems to like the RBBC (from his Denver days). Plus Carr is horrible and they have a poor O-Line. If they get another QB then maybe. It really depends.

I predict solid RB2 numbers and even better in PPR leagues. But theres a decent chance thrown in there that he will be a total bust, so there's a lot of risk involved.

Houston has a ton of RBs, but none have ever done as good as good as DD has. Also, Carr is at least decent (83.3 QB Rating). That offense line has improved in pass protection, and its missing its starting Center and Left Tackle (both who have been on IR for quite some time).

You're right that DD shouldn't be valued too high, due to the possibility he totally busts on his comeback, but the situation is not half as dismal as you think.
