I am just thankful I ever got a chance to see Favre play. He is the reason I am a Packers and football fan and without him the game would not be as popular as it is today. He is one of the greatest players ever and may be the league's top icon ever.

There were so many lead ins by Michaels, Madden used He, and Brett, so many times in reference to Favre it easily could have been 70 times. But Madden actually sounded rather intelligent tonight although his "If his eyes are dry" comment was rather odd.

It seemed to me that Michaels said 'Brett Farve' more than Madden. :-?
