I'm down on Donovan for obvious reasons, but I like to see how others see him. The injuries are piling up, and even though 30 isn't over the hill, he's not a pup anymore. In a ten team, five man keeper league would you keep him? We start one QB, so only ten start every week. A top ten guy?

= tongue in cheek = I was joking.
McNabb has probably about 2-3 more years of keeper value left, but you do have to watch his injuries, they're stacking up and he's getting up there in terms of football age. In one league I was in, an owner was tops in standings and points riding on McNabb until he got hurt and it was a struggle for her to make the playoffs after that. He'll get you great numbers while he's in there but you better make darn sure you have a servicable back up.
McNabb is the Eagles franchise, the will do all they can to do what they can to prevent further injuries. He will be under center for many more years if healthy.
While his recent injury history is cause for some concern he's easily a Top 5 fantasy QB when healthy, and I think McNabb's still got gas left in the tank. As has been said I'd make sure you have a viable backup, but I'd recommend keeping him.

McNabb is pretty much the only QB that stands a chance of out-doing Peyton in fantasy football any given year. Peyton is clearly better due to weapons he has, and the fact that he's a sure bet, and no injury history, but at worst McNabb is the 3rd best QB keeper. So few players can swing games in your favor as often as he can.
Mind you also that 30 is not that old for QBs. His recent injuries are a concern, but he's got a good 3-5 years of playing at this level left unless his injuries screw him up physically or psychologically, and with 5 keeper spots he's a no brainer.
