Because they pitched the ball all game long and didn't have issues with it. That's their offense, that's what they practice, that's what they run, and that's what they should do with the game on the line.

did you watch the game, they did have problems with fumbling the ball during the game. I don't care what you practice run the ball up the middle and ice the game. Had the got the first its over, but had they not fumbled it basically would have been over as well. Also, on 3rd and 9 in the second quarter they ran the Fb and he got 11.

They had a lost fumble on their first drive and last drive, but other than that, they maintained possession on the option. They are an option team and you live and die by what you do.
