Trouble with Flash Player

I'e uninstalled, reinstalled and updated everything and I'm still being promted to update the Flash Player. I've run all of my anti virus and spyware programs and still nothing. I get this box when I try to download it, I click install but nothing happens.

So what browser are you using? IE or Firefox? If you are using IE, make sure you have version 7. If you are using Firefox, you may want to try and update that as well, then try again.

I fixed it. I did a search on my computer for the flash player. I double-clicked on it and it said I needed to download an update. I downloaded it, restarted my computer and the problem was solved. Thanks for all of the help and advice though.
