No surprises here! That tirade will be the crowning achievement of his tenure.

Jim Mora, Jr. would be a great fit for that team. They need defensive help, and I think he would be able to help them there. If they get rid of the dumb mistakes, work on their O-line more, and get that defense from letting teams come back on them, they have enough offensive weapons to hold their own.

They beat the 49ers twice (Niners would have made the playoffs if they had taken care of them ), so at the very least they have a chance to improve along with the other teams in their division...

Rivera seems like a nice choice, I do like the rumors about Norm Chow, purely from a fantasy perspective.
