Lions to keep Millen

I thought it pretty funny when someone on NFL Network commented that they fired the DC but kept the naked drive-thru coach.

What a pitiful organization!

It can't be that bad, besides I thought Millen got what every GM wants every year, a #1 pick ;-D

Horrid Record, Protests, whining, bad press, and falling ticket sales doesn't appear to be a factor in William Clay Ford's GM considerations. He likes Millen for one reason or another and it seems he is here to stay.

On the bright side having a team that sucks every year makes it easier to follow Fantasy Football without letting real football get in the way :~( :~( :~( :~( :-t :-t :-t

Terrible decision, they have tried changing a lot of things, and I think it's kind of obvious he hasn't done too much to benefit the team. Maybe there's something we don't know, but I would get him out of there...

This is exactly like my Pirates in baseball. It's obvious that the GM is a bumbling idiot that has no business having a job, but the owners are comfortable with him and they are making money...so they just don't give a crap what the people think.

I will hand it to the Lions fans...they do a good job with the protests and stuff, but unfortunately the only way things will change is if the team starts losing money which forces the owners to sell. The only way that will happen is if no one goes to the games and no one buys their merchandise. With a stadium that holds upwards of 80,000 people, I don't see that happening any time soon.

Leaving a game halfway through means nothing because they've already got the money. :-/

I dont care if Millen is Ford's illegitimate son, and lover, and pregnant with his baby. Short of having bulletproof evidencing that the Fords are successfully bringing about the end of the world, there is no way Millen should keep his job.
