If you've ever seen my MySpace page (all three of you that have ), you know I make all my own backgrounds and tables and things for it. I also like to make random funny pics for things when it strikes me.
Yesterday I altered a picture and posted it on the Maxim Radio page on MySpace, and now they are using it on their layout as a web portal to their Hometown Hotties pics! Their page is here if you want to check out the pic "in action," haha! It's in the About Me section underneath the videos and the picture of Slash from GNR and Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite.
(FYI - the site is probably NSFW since there are Maxim-quality pics on there...there shouldn't be any nudity though. If there is, I'll toast the link.)
I'm not trying to spam or anything...I just thought it was cool that they are using my Photoshop stuff on their page.

Yeah, I don't get the whole point of MySpace for the most part. I never saw the need to use it..

Its gets me notifications of Mercers Blogings and Bulletins, which happen to be very interesting and funny sometimes.

Its a good way to keep an online journal, keep in touch with friends, find lost friends and its a really good way to keep plugged in to what ever music scene you're into. Most bands have Myspace pages and if get on their friends list you get updates on tours/shows, ticket sales, album releases and the like. Its an interesting place once you get into it.
Really when I think about it in some ways its not all that different that the GT forum.
