That's gotta suck. Believe it or not, I've never had a cavity. I know I'm really lucky. Hope you feel better.

I got my first this summer. Luckily it wasn't too bad and he used high pressured air or something to clean it, then filled it. Very quick and painless ;-D
Hopefully they'll develop something for the more painful procedures though

I wish I was better about keeping good care of my teeth, but I'm not, it's sorta a family thing, my dad's whole family pretty much has teeth problems, course my candy addiction doesn't help but...uggh.

I had a root canal a few years ago and they gave me the really, really heavy mouth anesthesia where not only could I not feel the right side of my mouth, but I couldn't move it either. When I smiled, it looked hilarious/incredibly freaky because half of my mouth wouldn't move.
I considered going to the mall and following kids around smiling at them, but decided to be nice :-D

I haven't had cavities since I was 9 years old. ;-D

The most major dental stuff I've had done since was having my wisdom teeth removed. And for some reason, novacaine has always taken forever to kick in on me. When I had my wisdom teeth removed, it hurt a bit during the process, so I got an extra shot of novacaine. Afterwards on the way home, the extra novacaine finally kicks in and half my face goes slack and I start drooling like a friggin retard. Also stupidly tried to eat something once I got home and almost bit my tongue off. I was chewing on my tongue and didn't notice until my brother told me I was drooling blood.

When I was in fifth grade, I went to the dentist to have two baby teeth pulled to allow the adult ones to come in straighter. But the dentist thought it would be a good idea to take the other 6 baby teeth out and get it all over with. I was down 8 teeth. I couldn't eat or talk for quite a few weeks. :-t
