Sorry but there isn't a coach on the planet that can make Vick all of a sudden become a better passer.

I think he will. At the very least he'll be able to make more out of Vick's dual abilities than Mora did, and its very possible he could be the catalyst to Vick emerging and fulfilling his potential finally. If anything I think Petrino will lead to Vick running even more than this year in something similar to what Arkansas ran this year with the razorback formation, only not quite so radical. Im sure he'll add a few more plays capitolizing on Vicks running abilities at the very least.
