Well, you wouldn't be the first. But it leaves you zero margin for error, and you'd better hope there's at most one other unbeaten team. Actually, that's pretty much what UF did this season, and they got in with one loss. But that's a pretty unusual set of circumstances, and even then, I don't think a team from any other conference could manage it (plus, it wasn't exactly their fault that FSU blew this year).
