So I just watched the seattle/dallas game again on NFLN Replay...and on that last hail mary, did anybody else notice Terry Glenn standing at the back of the end zone and just watch the ball drop right in front of him? It was tipped by the crowd at the front of the end zone and bobbled behind the crowd where Glenn was standing...and he just watched it fall. Didn't even make a dive for it or anything. :-?

I thought it got tipped away from him a little and everything happens in a split second. I did notice that but don't think he could've dove for it in that split second because it went a little to the side.

I noticed that and was screaming at him when it happened, but after I saw it again, I don't think he could even see it until it hit the ground. :,-(

Oh well. I am over it now. :-)

I was surprised when I saw it live why no one took a dive for it. But it was tipped so quickly to the ground and side I doubt they could even see it.

He didnt have a chance to catch that ball. He could have made a dive, and he would have come up short and too late. He had no chance to catch the ball, though I guess he could have made it look a little better.

The real losers are the Eagles fans :-b

I think the ball landed so far away, that the only way he could have dove and caught it was if he was psychic and knew it was coming. But he did not have enough time to react and jump for it. It's not like somebody tipped it and it flew straight up, it went pretty much straight down IIRC.

Oh well. Playing like that this team wouldn't get anywhere anyway, it is time to move on and build on this season and come back with a vengeance next year. :-b
