I thought the exact same thing when I was watching the game live. After seeing a replay, the only way he could have caught it is if he made a play like a goalie in a shootout (where they take a guess and just dive).

during the game i thought the same thing. i didnt realize what player it was...i just saw a dallas guy somewhat near where the ball dropped that had cement shoes.

espn talked about this too that there was absolutely no chance he could get to the ball and saw it too late... use your tivo and rewind and play it a few times... nobody coulda made that catch... unless terry glenn has telekinesis... which he might... i haven't asked him...

I think the interesting thing is that he completely froze up. He didn't even flinch. The ball DID drop closer to him than anyone else. I know he didn't have a shot in hell of catching that ball, but shouldn't some part of his body move? What did he expect, the ball to become lodged in his facemask? Cmon ter' this is the NFL, not Little Giants.
