I'm entering this upcoming year, but I'm not footing the whole bill. I'll have a co-manager and we plan on having a silent partner too.

I have participated in National Leagues before, two years ago I was in The Draft, when it was 3 times as big as it is nowadays. It was awesome. I didn't do a national league this year, and missed it so much that I decided to to WCOFF.

It was of the highest quality. I consider myself very good at fantasy, but I did not even make my twelve team league’s championship game. I got into the national playoffs, which involved all the leagues, as a wild card. I finished 33rd, which I was pleased with, but that was obviously outside the money. The top teams had absolutely ridiculous teams. Most national leagues allow no trades (to avoid collusion) so you really have to know your leagues scoring system and hone your drafting skills.

now did some of these top teams look to good to be true. i saw some wcoff teams that had LT and manning and some other studs and im thinking to myself what were the other owners thinking when they drafted.... what was the league you were in?

some get rediculous, but with that many people it's bound to happen. And it's not bad drafting either.

Example.

My league two years ago, with the first pick.

It went like this:

1. LT
2. Chad Johnson
3. Lamont Jordan (his bust out year)
4. Steve Smith (The year after his injury)
5. Larry Johnson (his bust out year)
6. Carson Palmer (His bust out year)

Day of the draft, looked like an alright team. At the end, it was a monster.

I would have been in the same position with my team, just different players, had TO not gotten suspended. :-[

That was the guy with 1st pick in my draft. I had the 5th pick. That was an example of how a team can get out of control.

$10,000

No where near the $200,000 for WCOFF. Didn't really have a job then though.
