I agree. Talk about misleading. I know that he still got a lot of money, but the lottery can basically get away with lying to people about how much they win.

It's not the lottery lying to people. It's the government with 3 or 4 hands in the pocket. If the dude took the payout in payments, he would have ended up with a lot more money.
