Doubleheader scheduling

Do you use it? And if so, what sites allow you to? I am wanting to give it a shot this year in one of my leagues, but I need to know who allows it. I am wanting a free site too. ;-D

Thanks guys.

(BTW, if you have never heard of it, it is a system of fantasy play where you have two opponents each week. Twice the games in a season) ;-D

If you have read any of the posts in here you know that I am a fan of the free AOL site. Well, guess what...they offer double header scheduling. I have never used it, but it is available. ;-D I have also never been in a league with double header scheduling, I am usually in enough leagues that I don't have to have my same league hold 2 games :-/

One of the leagues I'm in has it- on http://www.myfantasyleague.com Double headers are fun and add another dimension. The league I'm in does not have them on bye weeks, something I definitely like and an issue you should consider as well.

My league did it 2 years ago through AOL and thought it was OK. I know it's "fantasy" football but no other sport plays 2 teams at once. It's a little odd. So we went back to normal head-to-head this year. But the best thing about doubleheaders is it limits the chances of having a lower scoring team finish with a better record than a higher scoring team.

Wow. I'm shocked most don't like it. One of my money leages started doing it a few years back and I absolutely love it.

Ever have an awesome week and the only team that can possibly beat you is the one you are playing. Thats me. I always seem to have one of the best teams just run into unlucky situations like the above. At least you go 1-1 in a double header. It also essentually eliminates a team being the highest scoring team in the league from not making the playoffs due to bad luck on scheduling.

Plus its 2x the action.

I'm a one game a week kinda guy. Fluke wins/losses are a part of the game.

We've been trying to get it added to our money league every year, but owners won't vote it in. Many of our owners are hardcore traditionalists and really like staying with one game per week format.

If you use it, definitely consider avoiding DH scheduling in NFL bye weeks.
