Need Advice!!

Currently our keeper league keeps 2 keepers from any year and 1 keeper that is a rookie or 2nd year.

I am interested in doing the keepers where you can keep as many people as you want, but you only have 8 years total to contract them. Can someone tell me how that works. What happens when there contract is up? If one person has 5 and one 2 players how does the draft work? If someone has all the rules please help.

Also taking any other ideas for keeper leagues.
