CLEVELAND (AP) -- The Browns hired Wes Chandler as their wide receivers coach and named Cory Undlin as their secondary and assistant special teams coach Thursday.
Chandler, who went to the Pro Bowl four times as a receiver with New Orleans and San Diego, didn't coach last year. He was Minnesota's wide receivers coach in 2005 and held the same position with Dallas from 2000-02.
Undlin spent the last two seasons as Cleveland's defensive quality control coach. He will work under defensive backs coach Mel Tucker and recently hired special teams coordinator Ted Daisher.
I am not particularly happy with the coaches we are hiring. I do like Chudd, but not the others. No one wants to sign on because they know Romeo is out next year. The only reason Chudd signed on is because they guaranteed his entire contract.
I just hope they arn't planning on canning savage too.
