I don't think it'll make a kid super-intelligent, but I'd say if anything does come out of listening to classical music it would yield a positive result, and not a negative one....So I voted 'No'....

That was my reasoning. Whether it works or not, what harm will it cause? At the very least your kid will be exposed to some culture.

it's probably not bogus, but what it really boils down to environment and nurturing. not so much mozart and classical musak. as stampy pointed out the parents who provide classical music for their infants are probably more affluant and cultured to begin with.
