Yes they were. Remember the one year they had a Beavis and Butthead halftime special? That was great...they pranked a guy named Harry Sachs.

Lets see. Last year we get the Rolling Stones who admitted in a pregame interview that they didn't watch "american football". This year we got a guy who hasn't had a hit in decades.... next year....POISON! Mark it down!

Actually, being an 80s baby, I'd watch that! :-B

That would be great. They would fit right in with the "Songs you made popular nearly 25 years ago" theme they are stuck in.

Prince put on a good performance. I just think it's funny he couldn't sing anything that was more recent of his own. Or heck from the "late" 80s. Or 90s.

Not a big fan of Prince. But he is a very underrated guitar player. However, I really am sick of all the pregame hoopla, the extended halftime show, etc. I really wish they would have all the SuperBowl party stuff on Saturday, and strictly play the game in normalcy on Sunday. :-D
