Has anyone mentioned Drew Brees? He would follow the pattern of past coverboys. Proven ProBowler, just had best season, humanitarian, hasn't been over-marketed yet, etc...

I could certainly see Drew Brees being the new cover boy, If Peyton's price is too high. I don't know, I just have a feeling that they will go with someone on defense this year, yeah defense got hit stick a couple years ago but I think DBs need some love. We'll see.

It'll probably be a WR cause there hasn't been one for a while. My bet goes to either Harrison or Wayne.

in that case they would have had tiki on it this year or the bus on it last year.

If they put Favre on the cover I may retire from madden... or maybe i'll stick around for a few more years. Whichever the case, i'll make sure to let everyone know at the last minute :-b

I'm almost certain that Peyton Manning will be on the cover. Guy who is known to choke in the playoffs finally gets his Super Bowl, possibly best QB statistically of all time, media favorite, etc. etc.
