The individual and teams records for the Pro Bowl since it began in 1971:


Games Played - 12, Randall McDaniel, Minnesota 1990-2000; Tampa Bay 2001.

The keys are that the records were through 2006 (printed by AP on 2/6/07) and that the records for the Pro Bowl have been officially kept since 1971. :-/

I think the merger is the only reason why they don't count the stats before that in the Pro Bowl. Personally I think all the Pro Bowl/All Star Game records should be kept together but for some reason they're not.
