Chargers new head coach...

Not that big of a suprise if you really think about it. Right move, IMO.

The right move was to hire a coach who has never been a very good head coach? I think they should have went elsewhere with hiring their coach personally....good coordinator, poor coach.

Considering how the Chargers handled the Schottenheimer firing it should come as no surprise that their next decision would be another bad one.

oh I'm so sorry Charger fans...this is bad Horrible. Mr. Pock face ex Raider coach will be on your sidelines...oh this is not good. Again, so sorry you have to even look at him so much. He's not head coach material.

AJ Smith has done such a good job piling up talent on this team but he can't seem to get a talented coach to lead this team.

The Bolts are loaded, this is really going to be a challenge to see if Norv's incompetence can hold the Chargers back.


I can't imagine that there are very many happy Charger fans today.

I dont think Norv is a terrible choice, he's just an ok choice. The problem is he's one of the best OC's, and that's where he should stay, as in OC. Its where he's most effective, so I wouldn't be thrilled about this news if I were a Chargers fan.
