Also, is it more of a tingling feeling or a pulsating beat or combination of both?

I'm not currently taking any medication.

It is a very strong tingling feeling. At times, it almost feels as if someone is massaging my bicep. However, when I woke up this morning, it felt less like tingling, and more like soreness with a little bit of pain. When my arm is sitting still, its as if something is compressing my bicep. When I flex it, it's slightly painful, as if it doesn't have enough room, and again, as if something is compressing it.

I LOVE that site. It has helped me in many different ways.

Regardless, kudos to you for scheduling an appointment with the doctor. ;-D

Could be a nervous twitch, i get them in my muscles. Its not that you feel nervous, but your body may. Also, do u drink a lot of Caffeine? Sometimes a lot of caffeine will cause twitching in the muscles
