Yep, if you want a movie that plays with your mind memento is the way to go. Not to mention it's a really good movie
Definitely the granddaddy of mindscrewers - I just bought the 2-disc version but haven't watched it yet to see what else it has.
And The Usual Suspects is one of my all time faves.

Fantasy Football: "Luck is where preparation meets opportunity"
The Prestige is another one that could be considered. It bends reality a bit and has a lot of twists and turns that keep you thinking. I really liked it and would definitely recommend it.
"Primer" was made by like 2 guys with a $1000 budget. It's one of the weirdest and craziest plots (time travel within time travel) that makes you think like crazy. I had to watch the movie twice and even after countless reading of posts of other peoples opinions on what happens in the movie I'm still confused. Some good stuff in it though I would recommend it if your up for a "make you think" kinda movie.
But be warned that it is kinda crazy and most people I know who have seen it hated it.
I like it because it's the kind of movie I would personally make. I'm a sucker for low budget "laugh at how stupid it is" kinds of movies. Crazy it was all shot with their own family camera too. They made a ton of money in the theaters even though it only made like a million worldwide thats 1000 times more than it costed to make!
I would assume this movie is pretty hard to come by as well. I think I got it through netflix.
