Four hours before the start of free agency, Fraley and the Browns agreed to a four-year deal that will keep him off the market. Terms of the contract were not available. The 29-year-old Fraley came to the Browns from the Eagles in exchange for a fifth-round choice in 2008 and he bailed the organization out of a tough situation.
