Post here when you and another of reach an agrement on a trade, then have the other owner post confrimation, soon after

I will post whether or not this trade has been passed (will be discussed with other commishes as well most of the time)

If you have an idea for change something existing (such as points worth and such for yardage) or something that should be implemented please suggest it here. When you suggest something please make a paragraph argument for it, I will try and make a counter-argument for it, if I cannot produce one i will ask for one.

Everything will be discussed by the commishes (or upon my descresion) and if we decide the change wouldnt HURT the league than we would then put it up for voting in a seperate thread.

Please post after you vote, and say what you voted for and why.

Each change/Additon will be voted on for one week, any owner who hasnt voted will be contaced on Day 6 of the voting.

To pass:

Rule Change- Pass with 8/12 owners voting for the change
Rule Addition- Pass with 6/12 owners voting for the change

**Items Changed**

7/28/06- Pass TD worth changed from 4pts per TD to 6pts per TD
8/27/06 - Two Consecutive picks during draft get 24 hours from the time the previous pick before them is made to make both selections.
