I have some inside sources in the Bucs who say that Quarels has been cleared by doctors and the Bucs (Gruden and Allen) are not being honest about Quarles needing to retire due to injury. He is due a roster bonus and they don't want to pay that and they want to get younger. This is another example of how the current regime deals with the guys who have given everything for this team (Alstott, Sapp, Lynch)
