I think the guys who do this are wrong. Gruden does this. Kinehan stopped b/c he said he couldn't do both

Bill B didnt really name a defensive coach It can be done.

But being a first yr head coach I dont think its a smart move. Hire someone else.

I dont blame him...I think its a good move

Yeah, I think the big thing is that he is a first-year head coach. I think that is the reason why I don't see it as a good move, but it is better than having somebody who is the coordinator in name only and it causes tension between them.
