I will answer your question when I have more time to digest it's enormity...(probably tomorrow) but for now... just make sure everyone in the league is cool with moving from keeper to dynasty...

you almost always need to do a complete redraft... reggie bush might have gone in the 5th in a keeper where he might have gone in the 3rd in a dynasty last year (fake example)

I would never go for it... and there might be an owner or two that you piss off with a change without redrafr... and one owner is too many... you draft different, you trade different, you target different players... it's the nature of the beast

there are a few points that would be annoying to some owners... but mostly preference type stuff...

forcing a team to drop to 27 for the rookie draft is annoying in that a 3rd round rookie... let's say pick #48 may be way less valuable than a player already on your team... again... it's a preference not a problem spot

it appears that between the end of the season and August 20th a team can exceed all the limits... # of players, salary cap, etc...

I could see a whole lot of multiplayer trades with very crazy contract implications... but maybe that's what you want for summer activity...

Is the $100 for blind bidding in excess of the $500 cap? or is it part of the $500 cap...

otherwise it looks very well written and thought out... I don't see any real "cracks" in this...

I only pointed out a couple things to consider...

those are some good pts.. The roster thing shouldn't become an issue until a couple of season from now.. The $s of some players will force a lot of drops during the off-season.

the roster thing in the off-season is something i didn't even think about.. Thats a great point.

Th blind bidding is separate from the cap.. so I encouraged everyone to use all their cap in the draft
