I haven't used AOL...
But some of the options that are really interesting on myfantasyleague.com are:
# almost all positions are playable. (I think OL is the only only one they don't have)
# Every position can be set up to have its own individual scoring. (If you wanted LB to receive 2 pt tackles & DL to receive 3 pts)
# keeps track of Salary Cap and Contracts. So I don't have too in excel.
# any number of drafts you want during the season. In the off - season; you could invite your league to have a private mock. And you could choose from different styles; the only one they don't support is LIVE auction. You have to use fantasyauctioneer.com; but they do import the rosters for you.
#3 different types of Waivers. Blind bidding, First Come, and Ebay stle.
# you (commish) control everything about the league.
