Assuming that LT, S.Jax and LJ are all off of the board with the first 3 picks, I would go with Parker. Even though there are new coaches there, the guy has more upside than anyone.

these are my choices but would love some opinions.
In a PPR league, I would take Westy without a doubt at #4. He's a great recieving RB, a guy who'll get a majority of the carries for his team, and he's the focal point of the offense. The only true concern is his injury history, so I'd lock down Buckhalter with a late round pick. Other than that, in PPR I'd take Westy and it's not close. In a non-PPR league, I actually think I'd lean toward SA at #4...

I completely agree with this , Westy is a fantastic back in PPR leagues.
