Just heard on the radio that the Dolphins have bneen in contact with Houston about possibly trading for Carr. a little interesting with the T Green rumors going around. sorry no link
Despite a Palm Beach Post article to the contrary, the Miami Herald reports that the Dolphins have shown interest in acquiring David Carr.
We're beginning to think a release is just as likely as a trade to Oakland or Miami. It would be a surprise if Carr is a Texan a week from now. Source: Miami Herald
I think they may be using it as leverage with Green. Trent wants to come to Miami, but he wants starter money in a new contract and the Dolphins don't want to pay that much, so they can tell Trent, fine we will go with Carr
Carr at this point is not going to be an effective starter for too many teams, one team I can see him starting for is the Dolphins. They surely have a better O'Line than Houston does.

David Carr = Joey Harrington
Harrington didn't fit in Miami. Why would Carr?
I hope Carr does go somewhere with a solid pass blocking O-Line so we can finally put to rest the fact that he is a capable starter.
I wonder what the excuse will be when he fails with a good O-Line.
