Depends on who is there. Personally, I'd like to see this:

If Reggie Nelson somehow falls to us, grab him.

If not either Puzlowsky or Timmons at OLB.

If all three of those are gone, Michael Griffin.

Kelly Holcomb-QB- Bills Mar. 26 - 7:48 pm et

The Bills are reportedly dangling Kelly Holcomb in trade talks with the Eagles regarding Takeo Spikes.

The trade would likely also include a middle- to late-round draft choice. Philadelphia hopes to have the deal consummated by Monday night. The Giants aren't in the running for Spikes despite reports to the contrary.

The News
Negotiations moved quickly between the Bills and the Eagles, and apparently linebacker Takeo Spikes has found a new home. ESPN is now reporting that a trade has been consummated between the two teams to send Spikes to Philadelphia.

Our View
The exact details of this trade have not yet been announced, but rumors are swirling that the Bills may also be sending quarterback Kelly Holcomb in the deal as well. Either way, Spikes should enjoy playing in Philly, and would seem to be a natural fit in defensive coordinator Jim Johnson's aggressive scheme.

It was mentioned to be a mid to late rounder before Walker was invovled so I would hope its a real late one now...be ESPN made no mention of what round it would be

7th rounder
The opening scene of the movie "Saving Private Ryan" is loosely based on games of dodgeball Brian Dawkins played in second grade.

Eagles acquired QB Kelly Holcomb and LB Takeo Spikes from the Bills in exchange for DT Darwin Walker and a late-round draft choice in 2008.

After struggling with the injury at the outset of last season, Spikes should be recoved from an Achilles' tear suffered in 2005. If healthy, he's a considerable upgrade over Dhani Jones on the strong side. Holcomb will battle A.J. Feeley to be Philly's backup QB but isn't a lock to make the team if Donovan McNabb recovers from his torn ACL quickly. That Buffalo wanted Walker could either mean John McCargo doesn't fit prominently into the team's 2007 plans or that he'll be moved to nose tackle. The Birds should have quite a deal here if Spikes can return to his old form.

Still no word what round pick it is.

The owners may be away, but that didn't prevent the Eagles from completing a trade Monday night as the team acquired linebacker Takeo Spikes and quarterback Kelly Holcomb from the Bills in exchange for defensive tackle Darwin Walker and a conditional draft pick in 2008. More details to follow..

it's a steal?!

I sincerely hope they're salivating over the progress Broderick Bunkley has made, otherwise I'm not too fond of this deal.
