Just tell someone that your teacher touched you in your "special" place.

A teacher at my old middle school was once fired for something somewhat similar- he kissed the student on the forehead. That sure would be a good way to get back at this Spanish teacher, wouldn't it?

Seriously, what you should do is enjoy it now. I used to hate it when older people told me that "life gets tougher", but I hate to report it is true.

I am sure apple has made earphones for ipods so small a teacher couldn't see them in.

Solid advice and if talking with the counselor doesn't work then talk with the Principal.

I know this will seem like "tattling" by why put up with verbal abuse from a teacher when it isn't warranted? Especially if she's yelling at you like you say she is?
