Can someone with connections inside the front office please tell TT to take an interest in David Carr. Let him back up favre for year, and then when favre retires, we have a QB who is fairly young, and has experience starting in the NFL, and can fit right in.

Then, they can move aaron rodgers without worrying about the backup QB spot.

I would love to see this happen

My wishlist for this offseason currently consists of tradeing rodgers and a later pick for Moss, either trading for turner, or preferably drafting lynch if he is available at #16, and then signing david carr.

That will set them up to have a good year, as well as be solid for the future as well.

I want this just as bad as you man, except I don't think oakland will bite on a trade with rodgers. Carr is on my wishlist for sure, although no one else really wants him

yeah, im not sure why there hasnt been much interest in carr, i really dont think houstons problems were in any way his fault. When he got decent protection, he looked pretty good. Carr has spent more time on his back in the last 5 years than any QB in the NFL, so that is alot of what was wrong in houston. Look for Schuab to take over that role of leading the league in sacks taken. Unless Houston wises up and gets some O Line help
