why not just make one we can all post to and make it a sticky?

we need to be careful of how many stickies we keep at the top of this forum. too many will mean less and less space for requests, and more scrolling for everyone who vists this forum. during this time of year, threads dont get bumped down the page quick enough that its a problem for people to see these sig giveaway threads. for now we will leave it as is, but if we get an increasing number of people with sigs to giveaway maybe we can work something out
