If ypu are trying to sell, can I assume that he is on your bench? I woll since I don't know your roster. If he is on your bench, let someone come to you. He finished strong last year and looks to be doing that again. If he's on your bench you must be doing well, so wait. You can always get better value when someone else makes the first offer.
