Anyone watch this HBO show? I started watching it last year and it is my favorite show besides Lost. Hilariously funny. If you have HBO, definitely watch it. It's on Sundays at 10 EST.
It's definitely in my top 3 favorite shows on television. I'm so glad they are airing new ones again, the episodes I had on demand and on DVD weren't holding me over The first episode back was a bit slow but they had a lot to set up for the remainder of the season and it looks like it's going to be a good one

Yep, definitely.
I love how they still focus on Ari a lot, even though he's not Vince's agent anymore. They better keep doing that, since he's my favorite along with Johnny Drama.

Oh for sure, Ari better remain an important part of the plot because he's hilarious. By the looks of it though Vince may be having second thoughts about ditching him.

the second half of season 3 just started
it's one of my top 5 favorite shows currently on
Is it the kind of show that I need to buy the first 2 seasons. Will I be lost if I don't?
you will not be lost, but the characters grow and it's very worth watching... i would highly recommend renting/buying them... you are only about 30 episodes behind...
seasons 1 and 2 are very short like 8-10 episodes each or so
i honestly think you'll miss out a little to start if you don't watch the previous seasons (watching the main character grow from budding star to bigtime movie star etc...)
but it's ok to just start now i guess... if you have ondemand or hbo sometimes you can catch the old seasons
