This is a snake-style drafting involving every player in the NFL. It is for this season only, so age is not a factor (eg. Ray Lewis is a top player) It is 27 rounds long and each manager will be alloted 24 hours to make each pick. If you have an end pick, you have to make both picks within 24 hours. This will speed up the draft. If they do not make their pick within the designated time frame, you risk your pick being made by the moderators. This may not fall within your draft strategy, so please keep an eye on this just in case you aren't PM'd for whatever reason.

After every single pick you make, you must PM the next person. I cannot stress this enough.

The positions drafted will be:

Offense
QB, RB, FB, WR1, WR2, TE, LT, LG, C, RG, RT

Defense
DE1, DE2, DT1, DT2, OLB1, OLB2, ILB, CB1, CB2, FS, SS, K, P

And in addition there will be three bench slots.

You can play players out of position if you choose.
For example, you have two LT, one of them can be your RT even though they are both LTs. The same goes for every position, especially LB and Safety.

You must draft a player to play every one of the positions outlined above.

Yes, I should think, because I'd guess that the draft is done by the time we start.

By the way, we should have the option of drafting a 3-4 defense or a 4-3 defense. It would make things a little bit more complicated, but I'd hate to see a guy like Shawn Merriman see his stock plummet.
