I'm playing Ty Warren (a 3-4 DE) as a 4-3 DT....
There are plenty of big versatile d-linemen that are capable of playing multiple positions...4-3 DE, 4-3 DT, 3-4 DE...

Oh certainly, but I don't think many 4-3 DEs would make it as a 4-3 DT every down.
A guy like richard seymour definitely could play some 4-3 DT but I think he's a little big for 4-3 DE.

Yeah, not sure that's the best idea, but you are welcome to yes.

Along those lines, could lighter DE's be drafted as OLBs to fit the 3-4 tweener role?
