Punisher is such a bada$$

I'm with deeray on this one. Punisher took multiple shotgun blasts to his vest and still kicked ass. I love Batman, but he's got so many gadgets and bullet proof armor. My vote is for Punisher.

That's more why he'd win. Punisher is a great vigilante, but Batman is a more successful, and key here, smarter, one. While Punisher would go out and directly confront Bauer (he'd certainly kill Bauer), Batman would do his homework, plan every detail, and Bauer wouldn't even know Batman was after him until he was ambushed.
