Assuming he is eligible, my vote is for Achilles.

He is a master with the sword and spear, and he could easily defeat Duke in hand to hand combat. Theoretically, all he would have to do is throw something and knock the gun out of Rooster's hand, then proceed to beat him into the ground.

I've never seen the movie and am not familiar with Achilles story. Are you guys saying he has some sort of magical powers or protection? :-?

If thats the case I say he has to be disqualified, and Cogburn moves on.
