ok, i have talked with enough of the tourney participants, and more importantly BGBootha and SPC about what happened to make a decision on this.

bgbootha doesnt want to win by default and at the same time i dont feel like he deserves to be eliminated when he followed the criteria and his oponent did not. SPC did not make this sig with the intention of beating the system or to get an unfair advantage...he made a simple mistake...so i dont feel like he should be DQ'd as we never have had a set rule in place for this situation.

so heres what is going to happen...if SPC ends up winning this sig battle, both he and BGbootha will advance to the next round and we will have a 3 person bracket. a bit unfair to whoever advances from the other side since they will compete against 2 people instead of 1, but i feel that this is the most fair...and right...thing to do.

in the future, any sigs not meeting the criteria are an automatic disqualification, unless corrected before the sig turn in deadline.

A, two of the best sigs in the competition, whoever has to face both of these guys are in trouble.

I kinda like this way of making things right...I DO think that if in the future someone don't follow the rules they should be DQ'd but this works for me for right now.I was torn on what should happen.
