The madden curse is stupid! With all the injuries this season, more than half of the stars in the league could have been on the cover and we would have said Madden Curse! This is the NFL and injuries happen. Not because someone is on the cover of Madden.

I wouldn't mess with curses that have proven track records.

They should put Peyton on the cover of Madden next year. This will prove if it is really a curse. Peyton hasn't been injured his whole career and he were to get injured, I would then be a believer.

Vince young was bound to get hurt at some point. Running QB's and RB's are at a higher risk of injury. The probability with one of these guys going down while on the cover is so high!

Exacty! As I said in the thread about AD: So if Vince is ailing becase of the Madden curse, what curse is on Deuce McAllister. Marc Bulger, Jake Delhomme, Matt Leinart, Steven Jackson, Laurence Maroney, Larry Johnson (oops, cancel - that curse was just rescinded), Carnell Williams, Javon Walker, Andre Johnson, Anquan Boldin, Vernon Davis, etc, etc, ...
The Madden curse is as real as the tooth fairy. If any of the above players had been on the cover, they would have been considered "cursed", since they weren't, it' just normal wear & tear or plain bad luck.
