They could not have gotten him in the 3rd round.

And, why do you think we drafted Keiaho last year?

I have to admit, the loss of June is a bit frustrating. I'm not exactly sold on Keiaho just yet, but I used to feel that way about Brackett and he's turned out just fine. Seems like Indy's always able to find a good fit at the LB position be it Mike Peterson, Marcus Washington, David Thornton and the like. Keiaho's an enigma right now, but he's far better than Gilbert Gardner's shown thus far. We'll see, but I think Gonzo is going to end up being golden for Indy.

1998-Peyton Manning (1st round)
1999-Edgerrin James (1st round)
2000-Rob Morris (1st round)
2001-Reggie Wayne (1st round)
2002-Dwight Freeney (1st round)
2003-Dallas Clark (1st round)
2004-Bob Sanders (2nd round)
2005-Marlin Jackson (1st round)
2006-Joseph Addai (1st round)

I would also love to point out the fact Polian built the Bills when they went to 4 straight Super Bowls.Best GM in football.
I love the pick of Gonzalez. I have drafted him in most leagues since I kow he will put up Stokley type numbers but knowing he will start makes all the difference to me. :-)

That's a great point you make about Polian building up the Bills for their dynasty of sorts. Getting to the Super Bowl 4 times in a row certainly counts towards Polian's credibility. To take it a step further, he had a lot to do with the Panthers' early success when they were in their early stages. Guy certainly has an eye for talent and a mind for running a successful NFL franchise.
