Jumping on the Cowboys bandwagon?
Holy hell no. It was in reference to whom they would take with their #1 overall pick in next years draft. I am not yet a fan of Brohm, though I reserve the right to change my mind on how he plays this season.
It was a joke because of the links the Cowboys already have to McFadden.
So they weren't the best...and may have ended the worst. SO WHAT!
Kitna puts up similar stats to last year, tosses a few more TDs with CJ in the fold. A decent chunk of Furrey's catches go somewhere else (gee, I wonder where?)
Bell rushes for around 900 yds and 7 TDs. Roy Williams makes the Pro Bowl.
Our defense still blows and Millen hangs on to his job.
Win if you can, lose if you must, but ALWAYS cheat!

Lion's Fans, get ready to get out of last place. My Vikes will be in the cellar this year. You will beat us twice and pick up a few more wins. 6-10 and the fact that you are not last in the Division will mean yet another year of Millen.
Enjoy the Season

Don't go thinking it's going to be that easy. The celler is the Lions' Den until somebody takes it from us. Besides, you guys have a D. That alone should place you well ahead of the Lions and Cheezewizzerz,

I predict that once again Matt Millen will be a shining example to the rest of the league:
(please feel free to steal this poster if ya like it)
But seriously, for the sake of long-suffering Lions fans everywhere, I hope things start to improve on the field this year as it appears at long last they should. I may be a Steelers fan, but I have family in the Detroit area and used to go to a Lions game every year when visiting - really miss those bygone days watching Barry run, the greatest RB of all time! Good luck this year!!!

Sweet poster, stomper. I find myself getting sucked into believing the things are starting to get better...than I look at the hypocracy of the coach who claims character is so important, the fact that your biggest underachiever (the few games he isn't injured) will be your best seconadary player, the LB corps is consists of Simms, a couple back-ups, and nobodies, the D line still has Kalimba Edwards on it and is led by malcontent underachiever Big Baby Cancer Rogers.
Oh, and they failed to adequately address one single need with the draft.
Other than that I am right with Kitna in thinking this team should win over ten games. Except I'm thinking ten games over the next three seasons.

Yeh, I noticed one of the columnists in the Detroit papers stated derisively that the Lions couldn't win 10 games this year even if they played in the CFL - ouch!
Glad ya like the poster - feel free to steal it!

Stomper - I have a new desktop wallpaper. Thank you
Did anyone read Peter King's first power rankings? Lions @ #13. I respect him though at the same time I thought he was off his rocker once or twice, but this.... I wouldn't even know how to react if the Lions were playoff contenders. MMQB link

You must discount Peter King's opinion when it comes to the Lions. He is a well known Millen lover, so much so that he has lost any shred of objectivity.
