I'm not surprised that's all they had. The restaurant business is notoriously hard to make money in because of the number of competitors. You make most of your money on alcohol and beverages, and I would imagine that this restaurant didn't sell as much alcohol as others of its ilk, since it is in Utah.

No, I would agree that it's because it's $2.40 a taco. That's highway robbery! I have about two dozen taco joints within 10 minutes of my house, and they only charge between $1.25 and $1.75 per taco. I'll spend a good $15 on tacos for that price! But if it were $2.40, I wouldn't eat there.
